We had a fantastic weekend! After a couple of sniffs - it was GAME ON! They began to play immediately. They didn't stop for about 45 minutes. It was like a war of wills between the two of them. Neither one of them wanted to be the first to give up, typical sibling rivalry. lol They were completely exhausted - I don't think I have ever seen Fozzy so pooped!

We just love Murphy to bits! He is a gentle giant! A lot more mellow than Fozzy. I guess what he lacks in size he makes up for in energy. Murphy loves to cuddle! He spent a lot of time on the couch with us.......it did get a little crowded. hehehe He wanted to sleep in my bed, Fozzy got a little protective, but gave in and let his bigger brother sleep on the bed.

The boys just adored him and were sad to see him go home. But they are looking forward to seeing him at the pups 1st Birthday party next week!

I know what you mean, I "peek" at DRC and IDOG about once a week. If DH said with a truly happy Yes, lets bring another dog into the house. I would be on the DRC site filling out the forms, starting the whole process. It is so hard when one in the household is ready and the other is not. (our Payton passed away in April)

I cannot tell you guys how hard it is to stay off the rescues' web sites to look for another!!! It is killing me! Maybe once this economy turns around, just not now. I have to keep telling myself - "once this economy turns around, just not now", "once this economy turns around, just not now" If I say it enough times, maybe I'll be able to do it! LOL

I'm glad it went so well - doodles seem to be very good at making friends though. What a nice Fozzy to share his family - and bed - with his brother.

They definitely look on the tired side. I am glad the visit was so successful.

Chris the boys look great together. Are you sure you don't want a permanent matched set?

Glad Fozzy had such a good time. I would like to be in on the pool and would bet a sibling would be coming at some point soon...

LOL to Adrianne!!!!! Don't you dare. I decided to offer my babysitting services to the entire litter - that way I don't need another doodle! Kinda like being a grandma.....spoil 'em and send 'em back!

Fozzy is the smaller furrier dood with the smaller tongue. hehehe Poor Fozzman didn't eat dinner last night or breakfast this morning. I think he is kinda bummed out. (NO Adrianne, not that bummed out!)

I AM very lucky to have so many of the doods near by. Two of them actually live within 10 miles of my house.
