ooops table on it's side.....
I thought it was hysterical so I thought I would share...
A couple of nights ago, my dh and I took Cali for a walk. It was a nice night about 60 degrees (heat wave in Ohio) and we decided to sit on the deck outside. Now keep in mind we haven't had any opportunities since we brought Cali home to just sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. Well in my infinite wisdom, I had Cali on the retractable leash still and I thought I will just put the handle end under one of the table legs, that way she could go out into the yard if she wanted. Now keep in mind I have a doodle who mostly lays around, doesn't get too overly excited about anything. So it is nice, we are just sitting there talking and enjoying the nice evening. In a split second, the table took off, my beer mug up in the air and a doodle wanting to chase the two dogs who are leisurely being walked by their owners up the street. It looked like something on America's Funniest Videos. I could not stop laughing, Cali is looking so bewildered by the events and the people walking the dogs were a bit startled as well. Who knew Cali would move so fast and I never thought she could move the table so quick..... and now I know better...

That is funny to picture. To bad you did not have the video camera for America's Funniest Videos. There went $10,000. Bummer :(

It did scare her and myself as well. I never expected her to take off like she did. But it was funny and no one was hurt, if anything I learned not to do that again.

Haha, what a funny incidence. I bet you had a blast laughing. But I assume Cali won't do that again in the near future. Didn't it scare the hell out of her when she had the table following her? Like Linda I immediately that to think of that picture out of 'Marley and me'.
