Perfect way to play in the perfect weather :-)

This winter has been really nice and mild so far. Here in Pittsburgh, usually by now, we would had several inches of snow and freezing cold weather. I hate cold weather, so this has been perfect for me. However, Charlie LOVES to play in snow. Too bad for her..... Well, Today I found out that local county park's ski slope has been doing the test shoot of the fake snow. So, during our regular walk, we took a detour to go look at this test shoot. There were several large patches of snow, each sizing about the size of a classroom!! There were no staff left by this time and the slope was totally empty.

So, I took her leash off and played with her in the man made snow!!!

Charlie loved it since she got to play in the snow and I loved it because it was about 55 degree and very sunny today !!

@ Joanne - I bet you can go play in the ski slope, as long as it is not operating... Ours are no where near the condition to be operated. There are just patches and patches of man made snow. We may get a suprise and get a lot of snow later on, like in March....

Fun snow romp for the doodle and you were comfortable!  Perfect!   When you guys get snow... send some to us - I'm sure Shelby would love it.... we're in TX - forcast is 70's today!

I WANT SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!! I know everyone here in NE Ohio will say I am nuts but SNOW is better than RAIN, mud, slush just plain ick!

Ask Daisy who has to have her feet washed every single time we go outdoors. Ask me, who is gearing up to wash the kitchen floor ONE MORE TIME this week and considering hauling out the steam cleaner for the living room.

This seems wonderful for you and Charlie. I hate to say it, but I miss the cold weather and real snow. I am afraid winter is going to start in May, if this warm weather keeps up.

Wow - how fun and talk about having your cake and eating it too!  I sure wish my boys could see some snow (neither ever has) but then on the up side - Stuart swam in the pool yesterday.

What an awesome find :)  My doodles are missing the snow too, I'm from NJ and it reached 61 here yesterday, big difference from this time last year !!!  I would like a little snow just so the doodles can have some fun, then it can melt and go away :)
