Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
The week has been unseasonably mild here in NH, with temps in the 60's. We've been able to get a jump on yard work - which is a great thing as we never quite finished our fall clean-up. When we're unable to keep a constant eye on Banjo, we'll tether him to the front porch. He can sit up on the porch, or down on the driveway. There's one stubborn patch of ice that remains and THAT is where Banjo gets comfy! He did this last year too. Any time we would be outside working, he'd be sprawled on the iceberg. It seems like it would get too cold...but he stays for the longest time! Could he have Polar Bear ancestors??

Winston is exactly the same. We had an early thaw and very warm, practically summer like week-end (it's normally still snowing and freezing at this time of year). Winston managed to find a patch of snow in the park today and did the exact same thing as Banjo. :)
Banjo you are too cute!
Wish Daisy had an iceberg to cool off on, it's hot here too and she needs a haircut.
Aha! Another type of doodle! Love the pic, brrrr, the cold. Glad we are down south and don't have to worry about our pups going Polar! LOL !
Banjo, You are just the cutest doodle ever.
Sadie will lie in a snow bank or on an icy spot for ages. She was a winter puppy so her first recollections of "outside" are cold and snow.
Carol I just love your mossy boulder and Banjo looks quite content reclining on the burg.
It's good to have you back, Frannie. Rest up and get strong again, wardrobe shmordrobe.
Leave it to JackDoodle! Callie is already laying on the wood floors or tile to keep cool. I myself am not emotionally or wardrobely prepared for early heat like this.
Heck, we're already in the 80s here in Chicago! Broke a record yesterday and the same is expected today.
JD doesn't have a typical doodle coat and he lies in the sun on the brick walkway. Go figure.
