Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
Hi all -Roo here. Mom has a new job (editor's note: volunteer) and she is always at the computer. I can't get a paw in edgewise. But finally.... Big news is that I am fine. I have Addison's disease. I felt awful for about a week. Couldn't even eat!! Now that is really feeling foul.
You still guarded your bowl though, you could have shared with me.
Tigger, you had your own food and I needed to let Mom know how horrible I felt!Whatever...
Anyway, every once in awhile (ed note every 25 days) I get to go by myself to the vet's office. All the nice girls talk to me and pet me and tell me how wonderful I am. Then I get weighed and the nice woman who lives in the back comes out with a treat for me. I have heard Mom say that she gives me shot. I don't know what that is and don't care. Sometimes one of the cats in the cages talks to me and last time there was a half cousin labrador retreiver there and he was so nice. I wish we could have stayed longer.
Mom says next time I get to go too, so there - and I am not even sick. Everyone likes me way way way better, because I have such good manners. I never jump up. Don't you remember anything from CGC training. I knew you didn't deserve to pass.
I remember just as much as you do, but you don't have to be so good all the time, it's super important to let people know that you just really love them by kissing their face and they are tall, so how are you going to do that if you don't stand on your back legs. Standing on your back legs and then leaning in for the kiss is NOT jumping up. It's totally different.
Right. Then how come I get to go meet everyone at the front door and you have to stay in your chair? Jumper! jumper!Jumper!

I was so ready for another Roo Report. Glad to hear you are feeling better Roo. Tigger is a good two shoes - just ignore!
Love this blog!!! Very creative. Roo, I remember those years fighting with my pain in the rear sister. They can be so annoying. I am glad you are doing so well!!
