I hate to say it, but I have to come to terms with it eventually. My 'supposedly' sweet and innocent "Pooh Bear" has a dark side. That's right, there's no denying it any longer. I have photographic evidence of his misdeeds. Poor Sophie Bear will never be the same again.
And to think, I trusted him!
He is Winnie the Pooh no longer. Winston the Wicked is his new name, and ripping up innocent creatures is his game.
First, he tore the face right off this cat:
Then he ripped the head right off of this squirrel: NOT Piggy too!!! The first toy I ever bought Sophie Bear. How my heart aches. RIP Piggy!
What should I do with the guilty culprit?

Our sweet little Sedona is a stuffie killer, too. Worse than that, she's a sadistic torturer. Rather than a quick kill, she'll find the one loose thread and pull and tug and nip and chew until... We stopped buying stuffies, even the ones marked "extremely durable".
Oh Donna, that is too funny, "he is probably already stuffed" Sherri, Winston is not alone in finding stuffies irresistable. Murphy had the "Hide a Squirrel" Game for 9 months before he finally bit some of the squirrels heads off, but with Bella, there is NOTHING stuffed, cloth, soft, chewable or rip-able around her that she can't destroy in record time.
So I say he's in good company and just doing what doodle do....chew! I'm with you Bonnie, antlers and kongs here too.
Gavin hasn't looked a stuffy in the eye since he was nine months old. Maybe I should give him a second chance? Anyway I think probation is an appropriate disposition as well.
Gavin says "Free Winston!"
