Sam our LD plays well with Mandi our GS puppy, but draws the line at nyla bones. Wish I had captured it on video, but did get some still shots. Look at the paws.
I love the nyla bone, it's the only thing Barney can't destroy. We had to get a kong frisbee too, because he destroys them in seconds, sme with tennis balls.
Funny! Those are the exact toys I have laying around my living room this morning. They are some of the only ones our GD Kachi hasn't destroyed! (I moved them all in front of him so you could see them)His Nylabone looks just like that! We're getting a new puppy next weekend, and I'm sure Kachi is not going to be too happy to share his toys either. Hopefully, our new little guy won't be as much of a toy destroyer!! !
Wow Nyla bones chewed up, It is the only thing my Sam does not chew up. Are you sure they are the true hard nyla bones. There are some brands that say nyla bones and have flavor and they do not last long with my dogs either.Sam is a powerful chewer.
Yeah, I can't use nylabones....i bought one for Shiloh because he would chew through everything SO fast.....I gave him the nylabone....went to take a shower....came back to just a few shards of it left. He was sick for two days pooping out nylabone chunks. (gross, i know)

That would have made a great video. My GR used to love his nylabones, that is until he broke two of his teeth on one. It cost me $800 for tooth extractions. I switched to bullysticks. My vet said if it is too hard to hit your knee with it, it will is too hard for teeth and will break them. Just an FYI!
