Got the tub all installed and gave first baths a couple weeks ago, so it was time for the next step. Today the new grooming table arrived and looks like it will work perfectly for getting them in and out of the tub without lifting! Lower and they jump on, raise and they jump in the tub! Already have some dirty, haircut needing doods, so if we just had a Doodle Mom that knew how to groom Doodles we would be all set! They might look a little funny for awhile, but we will figure it out!

Shoot, I just bathed all 3 of mine last week. Had to smell good for our Doodle play date last Sunday. My back hurt so bad I had to lay down (after cleaning the soggy bathroom). Love the table. Did you get it from the same vendor as your tub?

I tried bathing Jackdoodle once; it's hard to say who was more traumatized by the experience. Let's just say that only one of us still gets within 6 feet of the bathtub...I'll leave it to you to figure out which one.

Poor Calla. Today she had her first major grooming. The result is that generally her coat has been trimmed and combed and looks OK. But her rear "drumsticks are almost down to the shin. Sad but necessary believe me. Still, if you have a beautiful face people tend to focus on that hopefully and it will all look better before bikini season I hope. I may have to get her one of those old fashioned bathing suits with long legs, otherwise. A raised tub would be great, though.
