Monkey C, Monkey Do!
Topper has now been with us for about 10 days. When he first came it was very obvious that he had not been allowed on the furniture in his previous home. We never really encouraged him to get on the furniture, mostly because that left something for Lucy and Sophie that was still theirs. They could come up and sit with us and get away from him for a little bit. But in the last few days you could see that he was sort of wondering why Lucy and Sophie were sitting with us on the sofa and he was on the floor. Yesterday I guess he decided to give it a try and see what happened! I think he liked it! I have since learned that he does not want to sit beside you on the sofa, he wants to sit on your lap! He is a true Lap Dog!

He looks so cozy! Darwin does the same thing, he has to be on your lap. Silly dogs!
