The National Dog Show

As many of you know on Thanksgiving, the National Dog Show airs. I always enjoy watching dog shows, as I just love all dog breeds! It's a good time to brush up on your dog breed knowledge and fun to see all of the variety. Well, I re-watched it with Darwin tonight and he loved it! He sat and watched many of the dogs. He usually loses interest in the t.v. pretty quick so I thought it was funny. His ears were perked and he looked over to me occasionally, as if to make sure I was watching all of the doggies on the screen. Did anyone else's doodles watch the show?

Darwin is just soooo cute! Trav doesn't watch TV, but I clicked on that Toyota commercial and the result was hilarious! Trav was sound asleep, then he bounced up and checked his toys, then came over to the computer and has been standing here whining ever since! He wants those toys, and he's sure I have them right up here with me.

I missed it! Darn. What channel was it on? None of my dogs notice the tv, although yesterday Boca did throw out a couple head tilts at something on tv. But nothing before or since.

We watched some of it. Then I had to cook;( Rosey and I were snugglin and watchin it together, she loves the dog shows. We used to lay in bed together to watch AP every Sunday morning. I can't wait to get our room back so we can do it again!!

We misssed it, darn it! As much as he loves watching tv with us, he goes nuts when dogs, cats, horses - any animal, even animated ones - come on the screen. It would be impossible to watch a show like this with him - LOL! :)

Guinness could care less, but Murph is an avid TV viewer (as long as there are dogs on). We didn't get to see the show on Thanksgiving, but I've watched them in the past. Murphy used to bark at the TV dogs constantly...to the point where I had to turn the show off. Now he's much better. He'll watch with just the occasional soft "woof". Cute pictures of Darwin!

Quincy is not really a TV watcher but he did stop to check out the dog show earlier this year. I think he was trying to figure out what the heck he was looking at.

Yes we did! We still have most of the TV too. Good show. Always. Starlit is a TV watcher. Loves cartoons and funny sounds and she found the Dog Show fascinating. DH has a nature show on now..... That really bugs us all around here.
