I am still hosting three pups here--Lucky, now Cooper, has come back while his parents celebrate their anniversary in Paris--and Sweetie, who was Penny, needs a guardian home so is here--we have had some solid leads on a new home for her and I am very hopeful. The third is Peaches, also known as Pesca--she is going to meet a family tomorrow and I will be very surprised if she is not what they have been looking for--she loves little boys and they have two! I think she will wag her tail right off!
Anyway, the three have been having fun together in the outdoor pen as we have finally gotten some nice weather--believe it or not, I have actually been pretty successful at housebreaking all three of them at once--they seem to get it and will wait for their turn to go out while I am walking a different pup--and of course, they go in the outdoor pen--which is a big help.So here they are hanging out--Pesca is the curlier one and the others are so identical I will have to identify them.
My husband greets them with a big leather glove--Pesca LOVES my DH! See how tall she is! I think she is already 15 pounds...
Sweetie with a toy!
Cooper chasing Sweetie while Lyric looks on....
Wrestling match! Pesca is on the bottom and I think Sweetie is in the back--and Coop is on the attack!
Pesca with a favorite toy-
This is Cooper and the next one is Sweetie--I think! They are very similar unless you look underneath!

I told her about DK already and will have to send her more info--whatever she sends to me, I will post for all of you....
I love the photo of Pesca's new family. Such happiness!
Oh my gosh, the cutest puppies ever!!
Yup--that is true--you look at the clock and realize that lunch time passed right by!! Hey, great news!! The lovely couple (the wife works at Smith college just over an hour away) met Sweetie today and FELL IN LOVE!! I just heard from her and they are taking her!! I am SO happy!!! They will get her on Saturday--Sweetie will have a new home!! BOY, will I miss her....but I will love my freedom!!
Hi Ginny! So glad you found a home for Pesca -- sounds awesome! Funny how you said you lost weight from housebreaking. I have too!! And I am only trying to housebreak one! All I can think about is when he last peed and I forget about eating. Best diet ever :)
Sweetie passed all her preliminary health tests today--while the other pup I brought (from a different litter) was squirming and barking, Sweetie sat like a statue for all her tests and didn't even yip when the microchip went in--so proud of my girl! She met a family this afternoon who loved her, but not sure they want to do the guardian thing--I may just hold on to her until my friend gets back from Mexico at the end of May--she wants her!
The little boy holding the pup is the real dog lover--he is sooo happy. He played with Mattie for a while in the yard and she had a ball--he will be a good big brother to Pesca.
That's so cool that Pesca will be near Jane, Guiness, and Murphy.
Donna if I lived closer, I'd fight you for Sweetie LOL !
OMD Ginny that last picture IS the cutest puppy in the world!
