This has nothing to do with doodles but just had to share.
My DH just went to the front door to bring in the morning paper and was greeted by our favorite Muscovy Duck. She was standing right on our front porch, thought for a minute she would try to fly inside the house to get her daily snack of bread. She has been coming to our yard for a while now, and is beginning to feel like a member of the family. Just standing there, waiting and watching, its like we have a "guard duck"!

We enjoy her too, but she does wait morning, noon and evening. Seems to want at least 3 meals a day!

Fun.... you've got to try and get a photo... I'd suggest no flash! Love that she waits for you each morning!

We call her "Daisy" of course! We have to pay a toll with a piece of bread every time we exit our house
no matter what way we go, the front door or the garage. Sometimes she comes into the garage almost up to our inside kitchen door! And, the dogs love to watch her, they don't even bark at her; we think they want to share her bread. Best of all is when she flies to me. I can walk across the lawn to get her away
from the driveway and she will lift off the ground fly 5 or 10 feet and put on the brakes landing right in front of me. She is totally amazing!
