This is 9 week old Banjo! He's a mini-golden doodle. We haven't met in person yet...but I've fallen head over heels in love with him and am anxiously awaiting his arrival from WV this coming Tuesday. I feel like a kid at Christmas!!! I've combed the internet in search of puppy to adult pictures trying to get an idea of what Banjo will look like in a year or so. Any ideas anyone???

Oh a relative!!! Pierre is Banjo's dad as well. His mom is Sunny. Lola is a doll!! How much does she weigh? Banjo was 10 lbs at 11 weeks. We are estimating he will be about 35lbs. He has done very well with the crate since coming to us. Cried a bit the first 2 nights but nothing terrible. (Whew!) I just LOVE your profile pic!!!! You two are adorable together!

Just saw your post about any puppies from Liberty Pines and what he might look like at a year. That is where I got Lola who was is a mini F1 born Nov. 7, 2008 so not sure if they have relatives in common (her Dad is Pierre - apricot mini poodle). I had Melissa at LP keep her until 12 weeks for some house and crate training which worked out great. After two weeks at my home in NYC, she was almost completely trained. She has always been a very calm puppy but never liked the crate (she had a pretty rough plane trip up in so that might have been why) After 6 months, I never put her in it and she never went on her own. By 10 months - free reign of the apartment (as she could jump over the fairly high gates!). She weighs almost 30 pounds. There are a few pics on my website that should give you an idea of what she looks like now and I just added one when she was 6 months. Her coat

changed from wavy to pretty curly (get her groomed every 8 to 10 weeks). She got lighter but now seems to be getting a little darker again.

ok, so I am late arriving at this party. Have you seen pictures of Timbow yet? Banjo reminds me of him. Timbow is one handsome standard Goldendoodle. I bet ya Banjo grows up to look like a Mini-me to Timbow.

Oh... sorry the wait has just been extended. But once you get him, it will be like he was yours forever! Sleep tight! LOL

Shelly -Not tomorrow after all! Our little boy will be coming to us on Saturday. Although disappointed I'm trying to look on the bright side....he gets the benefit of spending a few more days with his brother and sisters!
As for sleep.....well I sleep like a baby...dreaming puppy dreams ALL night long! It's like he's here....but he isn't!

He is coming to us from Liberty Pines Doodles in WV. Has anyone out there gotten pup from Liberty Pines? ...Yes, Shelly....I guess you right! This Doodle Mommy just came back from the local pet shop with yet another bag of toys for the baby!!!

He is so cute! Reminds me of Gus and Molly, my two kids who are Astro's littermates and Timbow's half-siblings, except he's a bit curlier. Are you by any chance getting him from Amy Lane (Fox Creek Farm)? She's only 6 miles from where I live, though my pups are from Tennessee. I am sure he will be gorgeous as an adult!
