For the first time in his life--DH is laid off from work. I encourage him to enjoy his time and get creative. He says he is going crazy. What do you think? Among many other things, here is what he did today. Just for laughs :)
He lined them all up on the work bench and drilled holes. The dogs were stealing them and running away. They barked. Even Doodles Say, " WTD? "
So, I'm sitting on the porch tonight. Three hours later I still don't see them. He finally has to point them out. " So what do you think?"
Windchimes? Dogchimes? In case you were still wondering. Now only if we had some wind I'll know what sound they make. As long as they don't bark I suppose it's nice?????
I guess I missed this blog back in the day. If you hung it on a tree out front it might deter salesman and those religious people that come to your door and try to convert you! I certainly would be wary of coming to your door if I saw bones hanging in a tree!!
I don't know... I know some reallyCRAZY people on this great site called DoodleKisses that may just be crazy enough to purchase these - umm.... "windchimes" I see a new job for him in his future. Hey - if Martha Stewart can market a (faulty) dog leash - HE can certainly make and sell these windchimes!! I say "GO FOR IT!"
ABCDE F. Parker there is hope about what is next. Today he is repairing our kitchen chairs that belong to the set :). New covers and repairs. We have had yucky replacements for two years. UGLY.
Why so many bones? We cut the ones from the store into two pieces so they are doubled, one dog has anxiety so she loves her chew, and we are now leaving them in the living room when we leave the house vs. crating so a bone is given with each attempt to make this adjustment. AND--I only have ONE couch left! Remember? So chew the bone or chew the couch? Bone
