Jarka and Monty--I just reinforced the natural stretching behavior with the word "bow" every time and praised, treats at the beginning.  So, now when I ask, he just does it!  Also, Baxter likes hand signals, so when I say "bow" I bow to him and it looks like we bow to each other!
