Hi Heidi. Sorry you were sick and I totally understand about not wanting to be around little Natalie at that time. Yes, it was a great time and everyone had the best romp...especially when they all decided to paddle in the pool:) Yes, we too tried to keep Frankie's long locks but with the adult coat mixing with the puppy coat, she too had horrible close to the skin mats that we could not brush out. She loved her cut and feeling free of all that fur. WE were pretty horrified and said it did not look like our dog but now we are getting used to it and actually like it better as she feels so much better. OMG...WE (Frankie and I) just watched the video of that SWEET Bear boy of yours tugging his blanky around. Frankie actually put her paws up on the computer table to get a closer look :) That was just way too cute and I am so glad you caught it on tape. One of my old Standard poodles used to do that and I thought it was adorable. Miss Frankie is such a flipping tom boy that she has very little sensitivity when it comes to soft plushy things. Mind you, I do think she really loves Bear and I know for show Gracie doodle is just as sweet so I think the three of them would make a happy trio. Anyway, moving on..thanks again for the video..it truly was delightful and it was wonderful see Bear again.

He does what I call soft chewing on it. He plays that way with his plush toys too.
