Some people do - I think Jarka (Monty & Auggie) might have one.

I just take Luna to a local park and let her dig in the sand when there aren't any kids around :)

:-)  Do any of you keep a designated digging spot to let your pups dig to their hearts' content but not uproot your gardens?
