Swimming at Lake Tahoe!
Ozzie has finally learned to swim...with the help of his retrieving instinct. Video is from Camp Winnaribbun at Lake Tahoe where he finally learned to get his dainty feet wet in order to fetch his ball. He really seems to enjoy it.

Ozzie is beautiful!!! and great job swimming Ozzie! My Sophee loves to swim but my lab hates it lol!

Loved seeing Ozzie in the water. Otto swam for the first time this last summer. He would only go in the water with my husband. For moral support? Confidence building? He's still a little leery about swimming, but loves to go in up to his chest and just walk around. Maybe we should try the "fetch the ball" too.

Yes, he definitely wears a floatie when he goes into the Lake. He is more comfortable and confident with it on. I am more comfortable knowing that he is highly visible in the water, for many reasons. Tahoe is cold but he seems to be OK with that. After all, there's no soap involved!!!!

That looks like fun but Lake Tahoe water is soooo cold. Does Ozzie have a life jacket on?
