Front Page Slide Show Theme...

Hi everyone,

 

I am new to DK (have only been on for a couple of weeks).  I really want to submit a photo for the front page slide show, but I never get an e-mail about the subject w/ the tag instructions... and I clicked on the "how to" directions above the slideshow, but it has directions still for Sloppy Sitters.   Can someone tell me what the topic for this week is?

Just above the slideshow on the main page, there is a link in blue that tells you how to get your photo into the next week's show.
Adina has not changed the theme for this week, it's still "sloppy sitters".

Ditto! I have been checking since Sunday night. Maybe the holiday has Adina very busy.

You're not alone. I was wondering also because I have not had a photo in the slide show for a while so I contacted Adina about the new theme. There is not a new theme this week and it will again be sloppy sitters. That is very understandable considering Adina has a new baby (and her first) at home right now. I think she has plenty to do right now. You are correct, however, in the "how to" of slide shows. If you click on albums, you can look for the last posting of an album by Adina and it will be the current topic. She usually announces when there is a new topic and requests appropriate photos to be submitted with the tag name for the new topic.

Lynda... thank's for the info... I can imagine that she is a bit busy these days. I am exhausted raising my doodle on my own and at least she started sleeping throught the night 3 days in :o)

Yeah I kept meaning to pick a theme and announce it, but was waiting for something else that never came and then i got busy. Ill post a topic with a photo theme for Thur and you can participate that way =)
