Groomer Recommendations

I would love to have a list of groomers to refer people to. I am especially asked about groomers in Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. However, if you have a great groomer anywhere, please add yours to this discussion. Thanks!

my groomer in San Antonio was Ellen' Morris, Diamonds in the Ruff, phone [phone]. I would remind her of Dixie's recommendation on how to groom a labradoodle. Once I told her about these, she immediately knew what to do, but before that he was pretty poodle-y. She is very gentle, thorough, and Cody just loved her. If you go to her,mention my name, Carol who moved to Colorado, and had Cody.

We like Westend Groomers in Central Austin. They do a great job and Cassie loves going there.

Dixie, I love my groomer in Austin. They are so kind to Fozzy. When he isn't on the grooming table, they tether the big dogs around the grooming room, rather than put them in little crates. The little dogs sit on pillows on their big shelf just below their beautiful windows. There is never any loud barking or howling when I arrive--I think the animals are happy.
