As per Adina's request.... here is a place for us to discuss our thoughts on the new front page.  I am still navigating and trying to see how I like it... I will say though - that I miss having the slide show up top!

At least you know lots and lots people are loving DK, although we may be a bit compulsive in our quest for "unchanging perfection."

I don't know, maybe I'm in the minority, but I actually LIKED some of the changes... but then I'm one of those people who paints her kitchen a different color every other year...drives my husband crazy!

I checked out Karen's post... it was a bit different (unless I missed a different one). I did see that Wendy asked the same question - but so far no response. It's not comment moderation - but after submitting a blog post, it says it is "awaiting approval". When I have more time I will read throught the abundance of comments and try to get caught up! Hey, here's something to cheer you up, Adina. I taught my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter how to dial 9-1-1 in case of emergency... So she was at my inlaws house today (her great grandparents), and guess who showed up? Yep, the cops. On my phone you have to hit "TALK" after you dial the number in order for it to go thru - which she knows NOT to do. On my inlaw's phone, you get a dial tone as soon as you pick it up. Oops! They were nice. Gave her a sticker. Geez..... so much for good intentions.

LOL! My husband is a cop. He loves kids and has some cute stories. The kids love the school resource officers and the K9 dogs!

The officer was very nice and patient - and gorgeous, according to my mother in law - lol! I'm sure Jenna won't be traumatized for long. "Kids do the darndest things," as they say. See what you have to look forward to, Adina! haha!
