My old highschool friend just bought an "Airedoodle" from a BYB, any thoughts?

I just saw on facebook that a girl I was friends with in high school and talk occasionally to bought an Airedale/Poodle mix today. I am pretty sure it was from a BYB as she said it cost 300 dollars, and that it was 100 percent hypoallergenic and non-shedding. This girl has owned a dog before (actually, her parents have, not her)  but I know her well enough to know it was an impulse buy, and she has never had a dog that requires grooming or anything. Anyways, I wanted to contact her and tell her about DK, etc. Any thoughts on Airedoodles? Know any?

Thanks for all of your advice. An update, I sent her a message, saying that I saw she got a new puppy, and he is really cute. I said that I also have a poodle mix and told her about DK. I said something jokingly like " Be prepared for lots and lots of grooming, but it's worth it!" Hopefully my tone was more excited and friendly. She hasn't responded yet...

Did you happen to notice that on the front page in the adoption box that IDOG has an airedoodle puppy for adoption! Just thought that these two things at the same time was an interesting coincidence.

I had an Airedale for many years- good with kids, smart but somewhat stubborn. Very protective of the home.
I would contact your friend and offer her your thoughts- can't hurt.
