Summer Coifs

I just had Alfie's hair cut in his traditional summer "do," and I wondered what the rest of you do when the warm weather rolls around. I keep him really short (except for his face and his tail) all summer. I'll try to post a photo later to show you.

What's your doodle's "do" in the summer??

Yes, Michelle, looking at your pictures, they look a lot alike! How tall is Fozzy? Alfie's really not all that big -- about 21.5" at the top of the shoulders. He'll get a little bigger I suppose, but at 9 months, I'm guessing he's mostly there as far as height. I like his size; he's easy to manage, can tuck in easily under chairs, bus seats, etc. but still has enough substance that he'll be able to lean into the harness & guide easily. He's a good boy.

Malu is at the groomer right now for his first haircut. I took a lot of pictures yesterday to document his cute puppy fluff. I am a little sad :(

Minga, he looks great! He looks so much like his dad; it's like looking at a clone! Eventually I think he will be lighter in color than Mudgee though.

Yes, I think he really is starting to look a lot like Mudgee!! Which is great, because I wanted to bring Mudgee home :) Yep, I definitely think he is going to be really light when he is older! I do like his haircut, but am excited to see what it looks like as it grows out a little bit.
