Having a 10 week old puppy who can't be outside and around other dogs much makes it hard to release all the evening energy she expends! The zoomies have officially started, and I'm struggling to find ways to help her release her energy.. we live in a condo in a big city so a backyard isn't an option... other than fetch in the house, any other ideas out there?!? Wow this is exhausting (and hilarious to watch!)

I used to get an empty water bottle and put kibble in it. Leave the lid off, and let the puppy chase it around, knocking the kibble out and eating it. That used to keep Toby busy and amused.
I'll second Sandy's recommendation of an empty water bottle. We've got a collection of 4 20-oz. plastic water bottles that Bentley (13 weeks old today) loves to swat around the kitchen floor and gnaw on. Those bottles are small enough that he can grab them by the neck and carry them around.

Really great for keeping him active, though, is a larger (59 oz) Simply Lemonade bottle. The neck of that one is thicker and the plastic is a lot stronger, so Bentley can't get a good grip on it which means it's always squirting away from him and he's got to chase it down again.
I would also recommend you start working on training. Mental stimulation can be equally tiring and even at ten weeks you can work on sit and down and get your puppy started on doggy pushups!
