....seem to be attracted like a magnet to anything WHITE (or light colored) be it in the house or on a walk

Lucca is almost 2 and is STILL the kleenex king. Wherever we are he always seems to manage to find one in bushes, on the street, in the garbage (that has a lid but he's figured that out). He will find teeny teeny pieces of bone on our walks. ANYTHING that is light colored. Hence, his middle name is still "leave it"!!!!!

I'm not sure it's specifically light stuff, but he is definitely a fan of tissue, toilet paper, or packing peauts... we do our best to keep them away from him. Luckily, he's fairly good at the "leave it" command.
