Thank You All for Your Calendar Photo Submissions

Thank you everyone for your calendar photo submissions.  Let's just say that the job will be NO easier this year.  I'm very serious.  There enough GOOD photos for several calendars.  We will make an attempt to show variety in doodles and pick what we think is best even when several other photos seem equally 'best'. 

Historically we've had calendars ready at the end of October so I won't promise anything sooner than that.  Members whose photos made it into the calendar will be notified shortly before the calendars are complete and ready for sale.

And as always 25% of proceeds will be shared with doodle and dog rescue.

Thanks Adina...you sure do have a BIG job ahead of you!!
You have to be one of the MOST creative people I've met...well...at least on line (smile)...and I admire your endless energy and the time you put into making DK the Best and MOST informative Doodle site there is!
It sure does help to have such a supportive husband too!
I loves the pic of you in the crate by the way. Tell Clark he's quite a photographer himself!! (smile)
I'm relatively new on DK...and the calendar is new to me also...as is taking photos...let alone posting them!! Lol...
So...I'm learning there too!!
Hopefully...I'll be getting better at that this year...and will even be able to post pics of Sasha and participate when we do things like...Doodle Noses...and...What Actor Does Your Doodle Look Like?
I love to read though all of those...but can't post any pics! UGH!
Oh the fun I miss out on!! Haha...
Okay...so now I confessed to my complete lake of computer savy ...when it comes to "things like that"! Lol...
That's what you get when all you use a computer for is to do... e-mails...word documents...etc...and now I have to learn a whole new skill! (smile)
Who knows...maybe next year I might have learned enough to enter some photos of Sasha...but this year I'm going to completely enjoy "rooting for some of my very favorites"...and can't wait to see the calendar when it comes out!

Before Calendars are available for sale, all who made it in will be notified individually. They are not anywhere near completed as we are still deliberating photo selection.

It's going S L O W W W W L Y. I've narrowed GD's down to about 50-60 photos I can't decide between. I've narrowed LD Photos down to 40-50 I can't decide between. In each group there are probably 3 or so that are FOR SURE in my mind...and then a bunch of wild cards. AYE AYE AYE. I'd like to invite some of you without submitted photos to come over this weekend and help :-)

I'm so excited to purchase my 1st calendar! I can't wait to see all the beautiful Doodles and of course I am dreaming that next year Rooney's photo will be in the running ;)

Down to 15 Labradoodles ... I have to admit I'm sad every time we are THIS close and have to cut another photo. Sorry runners up (you don't know who you are but I'm truly sorry!).

Now to whittle down the Goldendoodle list...
