Help Needed - Pulling Doodle Baby From Kill Shelter - HAPPY UPDATE!!! :-)

Hey guys - there's an adorable doodle boy in a kill shelter in York, SC (a little southwest of Charlotte). Can anyone in the area go and pull this sweet boy? (just look at the picture - you know he's sweet!). You do not have to foster, just pull! Please send me a private message if you can help!

Frannie, I am originally from Charleston SC which is a little far but I posted this on my facebook page so I will let you know if any of my friends still in other parts of SC and NC are able to help.

I know! He's just 4-ish hours away from Atlanta, but during the business week that may as well be as far as the moon!

I called the shelter to BEG them to hold him until Saturday when I could pick him up but they said no.

The woman at the shelter did tell me that he's a very sweet, personable fellow though! I decided to NOT ask her to give her a kiss on his nose, since I'm pretty sure she'd think I was crazy!

Once again, if I'd won the lottery....I'd not be working and I'd have a doodle transport (I'm picturing a doodled-out Tahoe) and doodle transport plane, complete with handsome, doodle-loving pilot (if I'm going to have a fantasy, there may as well be a cute pilot!) and Callie and I would be ready to go at a moment's notice!

I would do this but for the fact that the engine light came on in the Jeep yesterday and it needs an expensive repair before it is safe. I am so sorry.

Aren't care repairs the WORST? Any time a light comes on I just feel a dread come over me because I know I will be inconvenienced AND poor by the time it's fixed! Good luck!

Frannie, when the shelter says they won't hold him until Saturday do they mean they will let someone else take him before Saturday or do they mean he will be euthanized before then?
