eye guck

I have noticed that my dogs are getting a lot of eye guck.  Is there anybody that is haveing the same problem or is it form the pollen or should I take them to the vet?

OMG!! Where was I when this first discussion went around?!? How could I have missed it? Oh, I know - Max was only 4 months old and I was still sleep deprived. I'm sure I had those things in my eyes too!!! Probably couldn't read.

On Sat. I noticed more than the norm of gunk one of Maddie's eyes. Then I noticed the white of the eye was all pink. Fortunately we already had an appointment at the vet that day and one with the groomer today. Her eye was looking much better after the first day of treatment.

Ned has always had a bit of stuff that drys at the corner of his eyes. Clancy has NEVER had anything until right now. Clancy's eyes appear fine so I have to assume it is allergy to pollens that are around right now.

I occasionally give Cooper a bit of Apple Cider Vinegar in her food (once every few days) and it seems to help reduce her eye crusties. She doesnt like me picking them out, but yeah, sometimes i let her eat them. Sometimes I let her eat the small mat i just pulled off her too. Makes her feel all special lol

OMD - Sorry all this is just sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo gross - never ever ever will I feed Daisy her eye boogers...thank goodness they are tiny and few and far between....I am with you Camilla - GROSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!
I'll take the poop string over this any day!
