Digging... Again!!

Sunny used to dig in the yard quite a bit. Now, I don't mind if she digs out in the woods, but I don't want her to dig in the flowerbeds, which is unfortunately exactly where she wants to dig. When she was a puppy, I trained her successfully and she stopped digging.

 

Recently, however, the flowerbeds were mulched and Sunny has begun digging again. Gah!!! It has been raining off and on for the past few days, so the mulch smells strongly and must be irresistible to Sunny.

Our doodle is a digger also....spring  summer   winter   fall >  Last night the fool was digging in the snow to find the icicles that we knocked off the house so they would not fall on our heads when we went out the door.

Oh, yes, Our Olivia digs a hole in the big snow drifts and pushes her squeaky ball way down in the hole.  But she is such a smarty, she finds the ball and digs another hole.  She can entertain herself this way for hours.  We are lucky to get all the laughs after all her work.

Lol! Are you in the North? Here in NC we've only had one day of snow. It's been gone now for a long time, and now we're waiting for spring!

Haha, thankfully it's not chocolate or I'd be much more worried!! She is a princess, though, isn't she? She certainly thinks she is.

Our Luna has a digging obsession that has been around from the day we brought her home.

 

She digs in the grass, the mud, the garden and now the snow!  She even digs in the bathtub if there is water in it. >/p>
