Nice, it's so sweet that you are there for those kids....bless you my friend.

Ok so far I am off to a lousy start this week.  Have not been sleeping well and therefore no motivation.

1.  Workouts - Monday we did take Buddy for a 2 mile walk, Tues and Wed nothing.

2.  Can't really think of anything I did for myself, well, I did run my car through a car wash on Monday, I was glad to get that cleaned. Tues & Wed nothing.

4.  Valentine's day, hubby got me a box of chocolates...not one to turn a gift down, by Wednesday they were gone...but I did insist on sharing them with him so I did NOT eat the whole box. :)  I did cook a nice pot roast with potatos and carrots for dinner that evening, but Tue & Wed not good choices. :(

 

It's great that you can be honest with yourself.  It's ok to indulge occasionally. We just need to get right back on track and start making good choices again....and I know you will.  :)

Blizzard for two days so shoveling and more shoveling, worked 12hr shifts mon and tues so nothing on those days. We did get out for a walk and to take some pictures of the ocean after the storm. Parts of Newfoundland got winds that were measured at hurricane force so not that pleasant outside. Here are a couple of pics I took today. I start 3 more 12hr shift tomorrow so there will be no exercise for me unless you count the miles I walk at work.

* Woke up early and did approx. 2 miles of walk with Charlie.

* Bought myself a double insolated ceramic mug.

* "Don't complain, Do train" - Charlie's trainer said this yesterday.

* 7 servings of fruit and veggie today.

AWESOME!!!! Go veggies GO! hahahaha.... Yes, DO TRAIN!

  Well i have been naughty this week  I am been walking Wilson   but . . .   with all the education things going on in WIsconsin  I have not taken time for myself   :-(   I have not Zumba'd at all, but Wilson and I have been walking  expect for tonight  it is soo very windy out.

    I promise I will be better next week. 

 

   The something special for my self tomorrow is    SHOPPING with my Daughter     she is home for the weekend YEA
