OMD the Wild Pigs have invaded!

Last year was wild bears - warnings, not putting out the garbage early.  And of course we have the big gators and the FL cougar.  This is the year of wild pigs!  Now mind you that I live in Florida is a pretty nice private community - and we have been invaded by wild pigs - lol.  Very classy place - ha ha.  Rooney and I have been on high Pig Alert for a month now with Rooney vowing to protect me at all costs.  Well look VERY close at these pictures taken just now with a telephoto lense across the lake from our house.  It is the 3 little pigs (their mother was caught and relocated already).  I say "lets dig a pit and roast them little buggers".  Notice Rooney on pig patrol on our lani.

Be very careful of those three little hogs.  Wild hogs have been known to kill a cow.   They are not like domestic hogs and are really aggressive and will kill and eat anything.

Rooney, I wish I could be there with you to guard your Momma against those pigs!  In fact, your momma and mine could just sit on the lani and drink a bottle of wine while we stand guard!  What do you say, boyfriend?  You and me against the pigs!  Your girfriend, Rua!

Rooney, since my momma couldn't make it to your lanai for a bottle of wine, she had a glass of wine at home.  Was it Yappy hour?????  It was 5 o'clock somewhere!  Love, Rua  p.s.  My momma is working me hard...we are doing "Rock solid recall" training and let me tell you...I am LOVING all of the treats I get.  All I have to do is go to the treat and I get it!  Yeah.

We have similar critters where we live in Louisiana. I have seen a cougar and a bobcat a and a bear and we always have the gators.

BUT the only one that had a standoff with my car was a wild hog.  Be careful. They are truly dangerous.

Yes I'm sure that they do hunt but not in a swanky golf community.  It is so darn funny to see the "city folk" stopping to look at the hogs.  Really.

LOL Then, like here, they should be discretely "relocated".   Coach Peyton had wild hogs in his backyard in his swanky neighborhood. (about 3 miles from where I live).  Get that pit ready!

Jane, we are on the east coast of Florida, Lake Worth, to be exact, and I don't think we have any of them here.  I have seen gators thru the years, but never wild pigs...Good thing u have Rooney to protect you...Good boy Rooney, just stay on pig control from behind the screen lanai...and take care of Mommy....In all seriousness, wild pigs are maen animals, and can kill very quickly....Be very casreful...
