This is a good side salad - DH and I do all the time during the summer:

 

Mixed Greens

Sliced strawberries

Sliced avocados

Goat cheese

Toasted sliced almonds

Dressing (I like Hendrickson's if you can find it or T. Marzetti's Honey Balsamic)
