I read a great article a few weeks ago that listed the top TEN best foods for your skin. Some, I couldn't stomach so I'm posting the top FIVE and I'm happy to say that I have seen a great improvement.
Almonds and salmon have already been a staple in my diet but here are five more super foods I've recently included.
I've found some really great ways to incorporate these foods so that i don't get tired of them. What are your great skin secrets?

Thank you. A blurry photo is helpful too :-)
I couldn't do retin A when I was pregnant and breastfeeding, which sucked, and when I finally was done with that era of my life, low and behold, my health insurance wouldn't cover it because "after age 29 it is considered a cosmetic treatment" (i.e. wrinkles not acne). But a $100+ pump ended up lasting me two years despite religious daily application so I consider it worth the out-of-pocket price. And, lucky me, this past month when I refilled the script, the guy at Target got the dermatologist's office to argue on my behalf that it really IS for acne, and I paid only $40.
