I did twice, once I saw my grandmother about a year after she had passed away, I saw her standing in the doorway of my bedroom, it wasn't night time, I wasn't dreaming...I felt a slight breeze and something made me turn around and there she was!!!..She was younger then she was when she died, and when I went toward her, she smiled and faded away...talk about being freaked out, I was shaking for hours...The second time was several years ago, it was the middle of the night, I had gotten up to go to the bathroom, and when I came back in the bedroom, my favorite Aunt was sitting on the side of my bed, she was smiling, and I remember being too scared to utter a sound, or go toward her. I wasn't dreaming, I was wide awake. I called her dughter in the morning, and I told her what happened. I told her what she was wearing, her hair, the way it was done, and a pin that I believed her daughter had kept. It was a pin that spelled out Love in diamonds. She wore it all the time. My cousin told me that no one knew what she was buried in, and that she had placed the pin on the suit that she was buried in. My uncle wanted her buried in a white shroud, as is the custom in the Jewish reliegion, but my cousin didn't do it. I was freaked as she was too...What I saw her wearing is what she was buried in. Now it has never happened again, I have never had my mom or dad appear to me either. But our old dog Token would stand and bark at the wall sometimes , and it would freak me out, the vet said it was Alzheimers, I am not so sure, I believe he saw something, that we couldn't...
If you want the link to the forum I was reading here it is:
I once saw something out of the corner of my eye in the bathroom. Like a black shadow of some sort...I was washing my face, rinsed, and looked up to grab my towel...and it was sort of floating away. Very strange experience. Needless to say, I couldn't wash my face in the bathroom without having someone nearby for quite a while!!!! I do think about dogs seeing ghosts often, though. It's an interesting thought....
