Ginger's top pointy teeth have not come out, are NOT loose, but the adult pointy teeth are totally in.  So she has two pointy teeth side by side.

Is this weird?!?!?

This can happen sometimes as the adult teeth grow in.  If they don't come out soon (as in the next few days), you may have to have them pulled. The danger is that if you leave the puppy teeth too long they can cause the adult teeth to be permanently crooked.

If you are planning on getting her spayed soon, you can probably just have them pull the teeth while she's under, that's what we did with Luna (she had one "double canine" too).

That happen to us and they pulled Jacks baby teeth when he got neutered at six months old.

Harley the puppy I am sitting came that way to my house. I noticed it and reached in and pulled the baby tooth. It was loose though. In time the new will push out the old. I am known as the tooth puller in my house. I have pulled all the kids teeth and all my best friends kids teeth. And many more unsuspecting tooth losers will helped in getting the toothfairy visit. I can't stand having it loose and not pull it. Kids like it as soon as its done their faces go from fear to elation in a split second.

Wierd ...likely.

I have seen this in a lot of dogs but never a doodle hmmmm....
Chloe had that happen but onl on one side?? I don't htink it's that abnormal but good to call and ask the vet over the phone.
