Rocky's new Do!!
Rocky went to the groomer today!!!
Here is the before:
And here is the after!! Ready for summer in the Texas heat!!!
He looks great to me and he feels FABULOUS!! His fur is so silky soft! The lady that did him normally only does small dogs - but she normally has a large dog groomer come in on Wednesdays! But, when I got there - the groomer had cancelled and so Crystal assured me she would be fine and she would do it herself... so I left him in her hands! She did a great job and Rocky is very happy with his new haircut! When she brought him out I did not even recognize him! He is so handsome!! This photo is from her Facebook page. :)

Rocky looks much lighter (wish I could get a haircut and look 30lbs thinner) and his eyes really pop now. If Rua wasn't already engaged to Rooney, she'd be interested.

About a half inch. I was initially thinking an inch and she suggested going a little shorter just to give me more time between cuts this summer and I'm glad we did. :)

Rocky looks so handsome!!!! Iam thinking to cut Tobey also for the summer ...I only thought curly or matted doodles got cut...Tobey is very shaggy...Does the coat grow in different than it was and how long does it take to grow back ?We spent 10 days in your state this past Feb. totally enjoyed it a great place to get away from the great white north !!!!!

That's funny that you would say that about Texas as an escape from the north - because I have lived here my entire life and I despise the heat and lack of seasons. I'd love to move up north and enjoy some changing seasons and some cooler weather!! This is the second time we have had Rocky groomed since we got him and it always grows back in the same... :)
