Dark Chocolate Doodles

Well I finally got some elusive dark chocolate doodles. Mom is 3 and still pretty dark. Dad is nearly 2 and very dark. Puppies are now 24 hours old.

Oh what cute puppies! And a cute Mommy too! Congratulations Aquamarine!

 

Cooper seems to be staying rather dark, though the true test will be when she has her long fur cut short for summer. Her sisters Lucy and Lila have silvered quite a lot. Cooper has a few silver streaks in her ears and tail, an a blonde nose, but the rest of her is a lovely reddish chocolate!

I think my Chip is related to the Dad. Chip is from Chicago Labradoodles, and his Dad was "Hershey Bar Kid". He has maintained his dark coat.

A gorgeous box of dark Chocolates and a Caramel. This is exactly the same as my puppies litter who were born on April 17th but I think your Mama is even more dark. Mine is more like milk chocolate whilst yours is at least 70% Dark Choc.
They look just gorgeous.
