24 Hours to go in the Logo Contest...

24 hours left... and a consensus is building around this design:
We like this design very much and it has consistently polled among you guys as the best available entry.  There are others we liked just as much... but none that we could say we liked more than this one.

The other current entries did not have the same impact with us and with you guys. See the polls:

There were MANY good designers who entered very good concepts.  But it looks like among the current entries, this will be the winner.  Now, there might be a completely new entry that is superior... but with our long history of trying to have designers create a logo for us (for over a year!), we'd put the chance of that happening at about 0%.  We are not shutting down entries because it ain't over 'til it's over.

 

So how can we make this design better?  If this wasn't your favorite, what tweaks would you make to bring it into line with your "perfect logo"?  We are still revising this image so your feedback is important.

Personally liked 172 and some of the others by the same designer best. This one is cute in a cartoony (just made up a word!) kind of way.

This one, or the various versions of it, has been my favorite from the start!  Yippee!!

This one was my favorite by far, but I like some of the tweeking ideas that others have.  The upside down V between the nose is definitely a doodle signature look if that could be incorporated and something with the mouth.  Love the kiss on his cheek and the font as well as the i in kisses dotted with the heart.

Forgot to say in my last post that I agree with folks on removing the mouth from the current design. Definitely like the little kiss, that is really cute!

I like this one but I think the doodle picture could be better.  Why is the ear sticking out?  Maybe the artist could make the doodle  full faced with both ears and a better smile.

To me, this is a happy dog in motion--something that says "doodle" to me. Tough decision--there are so many great ones!

I love this design but do NOT think the dog looks like a doodle. Can we lose the smirk and maybe use a doodle 'laughing?'Can it be orange rather than red in the background?

I like it very much. It is cute and simple yet states what Doodlekisses is all about. The colors are easy on the eyes and I am happy that this one is probably going to be our new logo. I don't think there is any "tweaking" needed...it is perfect :)

I wonder if it would be helpful to have ".com" somewhere on the logo.  This was my favorite, but if changing the mouth makes people happy, I'm OK with that....

A couple people have asked about the dog's 'Other ear' -- I don't know but the bottom of Clark's nose and his mouth are missing from his profile photo--maybe the mysteries are somehow connected!
