Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

I'm clueless when it comes to Goldendoodle puppies.  Does Stuart look "Doodley" to you?  I was so hoping that he'd be "Quincy" but I am not sure what to make of this feathery looking fluffy thin hair.  Show me your goldendoodle at 4 months will ya?

He is STUPENDOUS!!!! What a gorgeous face!!! He looks like a parent was an English Golden Retriever? I just want to HUG him!!!!
We had an English Lab once - Crosbey - beautiful dog.  Shorter and more stocky than a regular lab.  Thicker tail and broader across the chest, more square face.  Is that the same for an English Golden?  Never heard of those before.
Knox is an English GD! The things you say about the English Lab applies to the English golden. I think Stuart might very well be in English GD!
What to make of this fluffy hair? Wait and see : )
See F - that scares me.  Tell me the truth - I can handle it.

Here is Lucy O'Ball at 4 months.

Lucy is a doll.  See how much thicker her hair looks than Stuarts.  He just doesn't look like a doodle to me.  He doesn't have the furry legs at all.

Wow! Your Lucy looks exactly like my Barley Barker at that age.

Hi Jane! Here are some pics of Toby when he was a youngster. As you can see, he grew into his "doodle-y" looks when he got a bit older. :)

Oh cute puppy - he is a doll!  Nope - Stuart isn't going to look doodley then.  If this is 4 months.  Not gunna happen.  Stuart's legs don't have much hair on them at all, he has Lab looking legs.  I still will love him of course but I don't think he is going to look much like a doodle.
Beautiful photos Linda of handsome, sweet baby Toby!

I think my Ethel's hair (when she was a pup) is more like yours pups now.  This picture she is about 3 months old, but had straight fly away hair.  You can see her pictures now, she is thick soft and very white fleece like hair.
