My doggie is not a doodle. Can we still belong?

So funny...  My dog, Basil, has a million nicknames.  One of them happens to be doodle. and a dear friend calls her dogs doodles sometimes. So when happenstance brought me to this great site about dogs called doodlekisses, well I immediately signed up.

 

I noticed this morning that this is a site about real doodles.  My Basil is a rat terrier/schnauzzer mix.  While we are feeling a little foolish, we don't want to be presumptious and remain members if the group would prefer we didn't. 

Please let us know what the policy is and we will comply.

Hi Wendy!  Ya' never know!  If you stay with us long enough you just MAY own a doodle! LOL  You can get all your  doodle' education before a doodle even enters your home... and besides, more than half of what we talk about is not doodle specific!  We DO have honorary doodles on here as well... just take a look at Finn (and Linda and Murphy) and Allyson and Peri (and Taquito)... the list goes on and on.... how old is Basil?  Maybe he will want a doodle brother or sister some day!  LOL  Welcome!

Thank you!!!!  and thank your dad for keeping us safe.  I am a director in the Port Washington Chamber of Commerce and co-chair the craft fair at the annual Harborfest event- the police work closely with use on this and are AMAZING to say the least.   I grew up in Huntington. Where do you live?

I will tell him!  LOL I live in Smithtown.  Right on the border of Commack  - where Northern State meets Vets Highway (by the Dennison building )... my kids go to Hauppauge School District!
