I look on my Doodle page and see this tiny pup in my pictures.  This can not be my girl Lily who is just short of 9 months..Where did the time go?

Now her feet remind me something of a clydesdale horse.  She sure did not pick up the graceful traits of her Poodle Mother.  Her big clumsy feet trip over her toys and sometimes it seems as though she is too tired to pick up her feet when she walks so she kind of shuffles along.  We sure know when she is  ready for a nap as she crashes down on the floor with a loud thump not bending her legs.  She is always making us laugh.

When it is meal time she takes a mouthful of food and walks out of the kitchen ,dropping food out of her mouth making a trail as if using it to find her way back. Water runs out of her mouth after she takes a drink and can you imagine this but I LOVE IT ALL!

Take many pictures.. If it is true that laughter makes you live longer I am looking at about 310 years

already from in these 9 blessed months!  LOL

they sure do grow fast! Lily sounds so much like Cooper - she is clumsy, crashes to the floor, and shuffles along sometimes too!
OMD, you are so right!  They grow up fast.
Oh so much fun with your little girl. Love the Clydesdale reference.
How funny! My doodle is just over 8 months old and his clumsy moments are when he falls off the couch--he wll have a toy and will be so intent on biting it, that he forgets how close he is to the edge--off he goes!

What a way to wake up after having some good one on one time with his toy!  LOL

this is so true...My Bailey just turned 18 weeks and she is already getting so big...and she has those crazy horse feet too!!!

Thank heavens for pictures.  Puppies literally grow before our very eyes - way too fast!
Just got back from the vet and Bailey weighed in at 27 lbs.   She will be 19 weeks on Monday...What a big girl she is getting to be!!
sounds just like my clumbsy monkey, who is almost nine months herself. I was just wondering where the time went. I weighed her today at 17.5 kilos, that's about 38 pounds. so much for the tiny 9lbs baby I brought home just yesterday, or so it feels.

Yes puppyhood is WAy to quick!

My sister's dog does the same thing with his food-adorable.

Oh boy, I know that feeling! Tanner is about to be 8 months old and he has gotten so big, he has big bear feet and a curly coat now. Unlike the coat I got him with, he was a little straight haired frizz ball that walked on a leash from the first time it was put on him. Now he's a pulling monster!
