My girlie was hit by a car a week ago this evening.  She was rushed to the emergency clinic in critical condition.  Three days later, she was released and will require ACL surgery on her right hind leg.

The following morning I discovered that a person/persons had cut a hole in my chair link fence.

She is improving every day and her Uncle Truman and I are thrilled she's back with us.

Jane - I'm so happy that this has a happy ending!  PLEASE be careful though because I agree with Nancy - someone might be out to steal your dogs!!!!  It happens all the time.  I wouldn't leave them outside with out being right there at all times!!!

That's terrible, I'm so glad she's alright. Did you catch the person who was driving the car??? I can't believe someone cut a hole in your fence. People can be such monsters. She's such a beautiful doodle! I'm glad she's got Truman there to keep her company. Wishing you all the best with recovery, Twilight!

I am very happy to report Twilight is recovering beautifully.

She's scheduled for ACL surgery on Nov. 3rd.

She went to daycare yesterday with Truman and had a great time with all her friends.
