Just to make life easy after all the calendar stress, I am opting for fall for the next assignment. If you take great pictures you'll be ahead for the next calendar : ) If you take  some bloopers you'll be ready for the photo editing group that will be starting up shortly. The photos can be fall in all it's glory, I for one can't wait, with or without doodles.

What great pictures and your doods are two lucky dogs with a yard like that.
These are beautiful!  Rich, warm and vibrant!
OMD...do Sheba and Duke have their very own private pond or lake to swim in?  Amazing yard!!!!
Your new grounds are enviable.  Wow.  Is the pond yours?  The dirt track?
What a great collage, Ann. Duke and Sheba will have such fun in their new yard!  Lucky Doods!
Beautiful collage.
Great collage!  What beautiful dogs, and setting!!
OMG Ann, the pictures look like postcards!   Be sure to save them for next year's calendar!  You're sure to make the month of October!!!!!   Great job, and beautiful back yard too!
What a beautiful yard - it's even better with the fall colors.  Sheba and Duke look like they love it too, even if mommy can't play much with her broken foot.

Okay, I have tons of fall photos.  Since we don't have "seasons" here in Southern California, I have to travel to find them.  We got back a week ago from our third annual visit to Boston to see the grandkids and then take them up to Manchester, VT for a foliage weekend.  Sadly, it was rather disappointing.  We were told by the locals that this is the worst foliage in 20 years.  It had a lot to do with the hurricane that came through and blew off all the leaves from the trees and also the right combination of heat/rain for the year.  I also went looking for brisk fall weather and instead it was 80 degrees!  I left California for that???  Geesh, it is 80 degrees here!  So, since I was unable to find the hillsides filled with colorful foliage, I had to rely on a branch or tree here and there.  I also decided to work on reflections since we were at the Equinox Pond in Manchester, VT and then the Mill Pond in Dover, MA.  Now I have to figure out how to share all of the photos with you without hogging the entire posting.  Ehhh...I might make up for lost time since I haven't been around much for a while!  ha ha

Here is a boat house at the Equinox Pond in Vermont

I love these reflection pictures.  It is hard to tell where it starts and stops.  Actually, the reflection seems to be more dynamic than the actual scenery.

I have run out of room to post more pictures so I will do another grouping of reflections only!

Very beautiful photos Nancie. Love the last one. Post away : ) My trees are pretty blah this year but I have seen a nice one here and there.
Beautiful....I love reflection pictures.
