yep..they were raising funds to have the play yards repaired.  They needed fourteen thousand dollars and they had a donor that told them if they could raise nine thousand dollars in one week he would give them the extra five thousand but if they didn't raise the 9 they didn't get the 5. And guess what????  They did it!  They raised 9 thousand bucks in a week.

Now.......too bad there isn't a donor like this at the county shelter where there are ten times as many dogs and many are being put down.

Ronna, nine thousand in a week is amazing! It's wonderful when the community steps up for the animals.

Yes, it's my dream too that every homeless animal would have advocates like those in the video...some day...
