Calendar Winners 2012

Congratulations to all the DK calendar winners.I recognized many of the pictures we had seen here posted by group members. Please post your winners giving the information about which calendar and which page you are on so we can give you all the individual congratulations you deserve.

Oooh which ones were your favorites?  Because we have a Labradoodle only calendar and a Goldendoodle only calendar that have full page spreads, I can't use any photos with both of them for those.

Similar to Diane's statement glad Sheba and Duke were selected but Ann and I both like either of the Sheba only shots where she is at the sand dune by the flowers better than the one in the Aspen forest.  On Duke I especially like the Duke only photo of him trotting thru the field with the yellow flowers best.

We posted some photos last month to get feedback on which ones people liked best and both Ann and I were surprised because Ann and I did not agree between the two of us but then the photo group members picked different than either of our picks.  Just goes to show you individual tastes differ. 

 

I know with photos of Sheba and Duke I favor photos that show their personalities.  There are some shots of Sheba playing in a creek that I really like because they capture her personality but the shots are not necessarily calendar material and with Duke Ann and I really like some of the photos where he is doing some leap or jump but once again not calendar material.

Great shots!  It's hard to get action==for me, anyhow--and all of these are wonderful!

They are all absolutely stunning, as usual Mike and Ann.  I think the flash, especially in Sheba's picture, really makes her stand out from the background and gives some added color differences to the leaves.  Duke's background is unreal, and so wonderful, Great Job.  Looking forward to Duke gracing my fridge again this year :)

Love all these! Can i ask if Sheba was always that beautiful grey-brindle color? I guess I can go back and look at photos.. I may, she's gorgeous!

Mike and Ann, as usual, your shots are all wonderful. I'm sure Adina had a tough time choosing from these. I especially liked the one of them standing on the rock facing opposite directions. Very cool!

I think I could happily have a calendar of Duke and Sheba shots.  I would NOT be able to choose even a favorite.  Your backgrounds are so striking for each dog.  Thank you for your help to me and to others too.

Love all of these photos, but you do have an advantage in that D & S are such beautiful models!
