Doodle Birthdays!

Today is Tanner's 1st Birthday! Time has flown by since I got him back in April of last year. Today he went to the groomer for a much needed haircut. Lately, he has been looking a bit like a bear! Anyway, I'm going to stop by Petsmart for some toys after I get off work.

Happy B-day Tanner!!!!  I had a birthday cake from a pet bakery and some toys for Rooney's 1st and I will do the same for Stuart.  After that it will probably just be a special cookie and some new toys.

Jackdoodle gets fresh fish for dinner on his birthday, and we play ball together. That's about it. Those are his two favorite things in the world, so that's enough to make a happy day for him.

Cubbie's 3rd birthday was on Wednesday and he got a big birthday dog cookie from the pet boutique near us, but he had to share half of it with Ollie.  :)

Yes I celebrate Tara's birthday's. She just had her third in December. She gets a few new toys and we spend the day doing her favorite things.

Happy Birthday Tanner. Yesterday was Calla's 3rd birthday. No elaborate celebrations here. I wished her a happy birthday but of course she had no clue. The dogs got a couple of nice treats and a walk. Nothing special. I don't believe in party hats and the like because that would be for me not the dogs. So we just do the usual things maybe kicked up a notch. I try to do something nice for or with the dogs every day.

Happy Birthday Tanner.  I think Riley will get a favorite cooked marrow bone and we'll go for an extra long walk. He might also get a new toy.  I will also tell everyone that it's his birthday!

Basically, Knox's birthdays are just more of the usual -- more loving, more treats, more playing, and perhaps a longer walk!  Every day is a party for Knox, lol!!

Bodi is adopted so we don't know his actual birthday.  We do know that it is June or July, so we take him out for an ice cream cone. (A teeny tiny kid's cone with just a bit of ice cream - you should see me at the counter explaining what I want!  They think I'm a crazy lady and I usually get it for free!)

Our local ice cream shop has a "pup cup" on their menu. It's Tanner's favorite thing! I'm so bummed that they're closed for the winter because that would definitely be his birthday treat!

Happy First Birthday Tanner!  For my guys it's a special dinner and a "road trip" - not always on the exact day but they don't know.  They both love going with us in the car.  We stop either at a Park that they don't normally go to or for ice cream.
