This may really belong in "reviews" but I am really just looking for feed back. It hasn't been long enough for me to say this is a great or not so great toy.
So for those of you with stuffed animal killers, I wondered if you have tried the crinkle filled toys?
All my dogs love to rip a tiny hole in all the stuffed toys and slowly pull out all the guts, leaving “road kill” behind… stuffing, stuffing everywhere! Stella got a new toy for her birthday (thanks Dru) filled with the crinkle stuffing instead of the poly-fiber stuff. So far it has been a week and all they like to do is chomp on it. Stella likes to lay on her back squeaking and squeezing it to death but has not tried to rip it apart. Stella also loves empty plastic bottles. The goal is to get the lid off and then she is done. I think the crinkle toy reminders her of the bottles… I don’t know. But even our dachshund, the biggest stuffing killer, as not tried to rip it open
So has anyone else purchased one of these? The one we have is made by Ty. What are your experiences with them?

Halas does seem to like the crinkle toys that he's played with. But he still ends up tearing them up. He likes to get part of the material way back on his back teeth, and those teeth must be as sharp as scissors. Because he'll give it one or 2 good chomps with those back teeth, and the material is cut. He does pull at seams, pull out stuffing, etc. with his front teeth, too, so the crinkle toys at least leave less of a mess once he's done. But those teeth just cut through anything. I give him his rawhides and chew toys when he's in a chewing mood, but he still goes back to the stuffies. It must feel good to bite down on the cloth. I need to freeze a dishrag or something for him again. Maybe he's got molars coming in.
Yeah I agree about leaving them alone with the bottle. I always watch her with it. She just works it til somehow she unscrews the lid (no matter how tight I put it on) and then she could care less about it. I started using the bottle to try and get her use to tracking a frisbee.
I think these are wonderful toys for puppies - Lily is only 4 mos. So I don't know if she will ultmately be a stuffed toy destroyer yet or not! Since day one of having her it is a clear favorite. She seems to like the different texture and all the racket she can make so easily. She could carry it around easily even at 8 weeks. Maybe TY should make them in a larger size too!
Yeah that is a good point. Larger would be nice but you know some of my dogs favorite toys are the little cat toys too. Poor cats never get to keep their own toys!!!
Chapin loves the water bottles too - but he nearly swallowed a cap once!

Now I take a big pop water bottle, put some dried chickpeas in it, and then crazy glue the cap back on.

It takes him a long time, but he has managed to chew through the plastic - but that's no biggie. Just make a new one!
I love the chickpeas idea. You could put just about anything in there and it would double as one of the expensive puzzle toys. Of course I don't know if chewing a hole in it, to get the food out would really be a puzzle but maybe just without the cap???
Penny likes the crinkle toys but actually I think I like them more. I love the sound they make. Whenever we play with stuffed animals, I always pick the crinkly ones to play with. Penny also loves the heavier big stuffed animals. They seem to last longer, she can shake them and bring them for tug games.
Finn thinks he's a rotti - every toy goes the same way. With this it was the same - rip, bang, crinkle.
Beckett loves water bottles too. But he got a cap off once so now I only give them to him with the cap off. I did but him a crinkle toy too. He liked it but not as much as a bottle..(and they're cheaper too!)
