Finally ... a name!
This is Axel still at the breeder at 7 weeks. His full name is Captain Axel Thunder Nugget --the last part courtesy of my 10-year-old. Axel will be trained as a therapy dog for my teenage daughter with autism to help her with anxiety and transitions. We can't wait to pick him up in three days.

Jen, I am so happy for your family. And happy your son got the Thunder Nugget in there. Nugget sounds like a great nick-name. He is just so cute. Have fun.

Love the name! My husband is a hug Beverly hills cop fan... maybe I should suggest it... Axel Foley.. Wondering how it is going with the pup and your daughter. I have a child with A.D.D and O.D.D hoping the new puppy will be someone for him to connect with ( I have two other children as well) as friendships are not always an easy subject in our household... Hope you are enjoying your new addition.
