Okay, I like knowing about others so here goes.
Married: 40 years. ( yes I was a child bride)
Children: 2
Grandchildren : 2
Dogs;
Murphy. Goldendoodle. ( started out as mine, now DH's )
Bella. Goldendoodle ( started out as ours, but is all -mine)

These are the only dogs either of us have ever had in our whole lives! And I know that as long as we are physically fit enough to take care of a dog, we will always have one in our lives from here on out!

Married 38 years

No Children

1st dog - Mixed terrier - Mandy - Lived 17 years

2nd dog - Cookie  also mixed terrier (Mandy's pup - born in my arms - died in my arms at age of 19)

3rd dog - Buster - also a mix - we think terrier and shepard - great dog - lost him suddenly at age 12

4th dog - Champ - Goldendoodle - wonderful dog - he is 16-/12

5th dog - Scooby - Labradoodle - terrific dog - 6 years old.

I have loved all of my dogs.  When I had Cookie, I thought I could never love a dog as much as I loved her, seeing as she was born in my arms, but every dog seems to get better and better.  I am so in love with the doodles, I don't see myself getting any other kind of dog from this point on.

Marital Status:  Married 40 years on July 29.

We started our married life with two cats but both of us had had beloved childhood dogs.  {All of these dogs are  family dogs but some are/were attached more to one family member than another by their own choice}

            Boxster, Doberman (rescue) {oldest son's dog totally and he took him when he moved out}

            Gordie, English Springer Spaniel (back yard breeder - we were naively living in the old days) {youngest son}

            Ned, Australian labradoodle (breeder) {me}

            Clancy, goldendoodle ? (pound rescue) {dh}
