Do all Doodles have those two inch eyelashes. My Goldendoodle, Maggie does. And do they inherit these from the Golden Retriever or the Poodle?

Just wondering.

Shelby - an Australian Labradoodle - has incredibly long eyelashes.... I have to trim them pretty frequently... wish mine grew like that :)

Here is a photo that demonstrates how long Shelby's eyelashes get.... they were trimmed once we got home!

OMD - that is crazy long!

My Midas does!! And they are strawberry blonde and are soo cute!!! :)

All of my poodles had incredibly long eyelashes, but I don't know about Goldens. I'd guess the long lashes come from the poodles, as poodles (and all non-shedding dogs) have a much longer hair growth cycle than dogs that do shed.

You can see Halas' eyelashes really well in this one.  The groomer tries to leave them long for me, but they get lost in his hair and cut once in a while.  But they always grow back really quickly.

My Daisy has the most gorgeous long curled lashes...they are so long we have to trim them and they always come back. Like Christine, I wish mine would do that. Daisy's lashes actually curl upward like I used a curler on them. I wish I had my camera so you could see.

We have a Labradoodle and she is eighteen months old and her lashes have been trimmed four times.  They are so beautiful, but get very long and they also curl up.

I love them all. Gorgeous dogs.

I totally agree:)

My Labradoodle has incredibly long lashes so I'm presuming it comes from the Poodle in him.

My Sasha has really long eyelashes, she is very poodley and her lashes are quite curly they blend right in with her hair.  My labradoodle Oliver has short lashes.
